RETURNS

We offer easy and hassle-free returns for any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hi@biasclub.com with a photo and description of the issue.

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us — we're committed to finding a solution with you and making it right.

General refund guidelines

All items are made to order, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
We strongly encourage you to check our detailed size guide available on every product page before placing your order. If you're uncertain about sizing, feel free to ask us.

PROCEDURE

Once we approved, received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
