RETURNS
We offer easy and hassle-free returns for any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hi@biasclub.com with a photo and description of the issue.
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us — we're committed to finding a solution with you and making it right.
General refund guidelines
Customized orders are not eligible for refunds.
Furthermore, we do not accept refunds for any items due to wrong size selections, as we provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help!
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
PROCEDURE
Once we approved, received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
